Sibel’s Story
With more than 18 years of international teaching experience, Ms. Sibel is a seasoned English and IB educator specializing in inquiry-based learning, curriculum development, and academic leadership. Bilingual in English and Turkish, she has worked extensively with MYP, DP, and TOK programs. She is currently focused on integrating student wellbeing into school-wide curriculum. Outside the classroom, she enjoys healthy living, positive psychology, family travels, and wildlife.
Ms. Sibel believes every student is unique — with their own background, abilities and evolving emotions. She strives to support the whole child, not just the learner. Her goal is to design fun, purposeful lessons where students feel seen, supported, and excited to learn at their own pace.
