Corné’s Story
Ms Corné is a South African educator with 14 years of primary teaching experience in South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, and China. She holds an LLB Law Degree from the University of Pretoria and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), and as a lifelong learner, has completed professional training with IB and Cambridge. Originally pursuing law with a passion for children’s rights, she found that this same passion naturally extended into teaching. She enjoys working with and learning from her students. Ms Corné has worked with students from diverse cultural backgrounds in international education settings and believes that meaningful learning thrives best in a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment. Apart from teaching, she likes to be creative, make music, explore the unknown and street photography.
