Ms. Joy is a dedicated practitioner of the IB philosophy. She graduated from Shanghai Normal University with a major in Chinese International Education. After graduation, she joined an IB school where she taught MYP Chinese courses to a diverse range of students for four years. This experience has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the IB curriculum and its emphasis on holistic education, fostering critical thinking, and nurturing global perspectives. She is also particularly passionate about Piano and photography in her leisure time. Throughout the whole teaching career, Ms. Joy has been dedicated to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and apply their knowledge to real-life situations. Her passion for teaching and commitment to student success have been the driving forces behind her professional growth.
