Bright’s Story
Mr. Bright is from Ghana and has been teaching for more than seven years. He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering and has since completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from the University of Derby. He has taught Science and Physics across different curricula, including Cambridge IGCSE and A Levels, and is currently in his second year teaching within the IB Middle Years Programme.
His interest in Science comes from always wanting to understand how and why things work. In the classroom, he enjoys giving students opportunities to ask questions, investigate ideas and make connections between what they are learning and the world around them. He believes that students should feel comfortable sharing their ideas, making mistakes and learning from them.
Outside of school, Mr. Bright enjoys travelling with his family, discovering new places and watching his favourite football team.
