Rachel’s Story
Ms. Rachel brings 15 years of extensive international education experience to WIS. She holds a Cambridge English Language Teaching certificate (CELTA) and a Mathematics teaching qualification, and currently teaches Grade 3 mathematics at our school.
She firmly believes that mathematics learning should not be confined to formulas and computations, but should be naturally constructed through meaningful, authentic inquiry. In her classroom, students are not merely recipients of knowledge, but active thinkers and problem‑solvers. She carefully observes each student’s learning journey and provides timely guidance and support, helping them build confidence in “doing mathematics” and enjoy the pleasure of thinking.
