Ms. Mona has over 6 years of experience teaching in the PYP, with a focus on Chinese Language. She holds a Master’s degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages from Beijing Language and Culture University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in German. She taught Chinese in German primary and secondary schools for two years, gaining valuable experience working with diverse learners in an international setting. Ms. Mona is dedicated to providing differentiated instruction that meets the varied needs of her students. She designs student-centered, inquiry-based learning activities that not only strengthen language skills but also foster critical thinking, creativity, and intercultural awareness. She believes in creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment where every student feels motivated to take risks and grow.
