Eruption!

In the beginning of April, both second grade classes designed, built and painted volcanoes in their science and art classes. Students had previously learned about changes on earth and the scientific process for experiments. Both classes have also been learning about instructional writing. They combined what they learned in multiple classes to create the volcanoes. 2A and 2B met outside on a sunny afternoon for the final eruption!
